Initial public issue of up to 20,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 140 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 130 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 28.28 crores ("Issue / Offer"). This issue includes a reservation of up to 1,01,000* equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 1.41 crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion") and a reservation of up to 20,000* equity shares (constituting up to [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion and employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
