Initial public issue of upto 33,45,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of B R Goyal Infrastructure Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 91 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 81 per equity share (the "issue price"), aggregating up to Rs. 30.45 Crores ("the issue"), of which 1,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 91 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 1.53 Crores will be reserved for the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue to public will be 31,77,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 91 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 28.92 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the ônet issueö. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.78% and 26.39% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
