Initial public offering of up to 18,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of Axiom Consulting Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. (*) per equity share including a Share premuim of Rs.(*) per equity share (the "issue price"), aggregating upto Rs.(*) Crores ("the issue").The issue Includes a reservation of upto (*) equity shares of face value of Rs.10 for cash at a price of Rs.(*) per equity share aggregating upto Rs.(*) Crores for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation Portion").
