Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of API Holdings Limited (The "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 6250.00 crores (the "Issue").
