Initial public offering of up to 42,34,742 equity shares of face value of Rs.5 each ("Equity Shares") of Midwest limited (the "Company" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.1065 per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs.1060 Per Equity Share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs.451.00 crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 23,47,418 equity shares aggregating up to Rs.250.00 crores by the company (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 18,87,324 equity shares aggregating up to Rs.201.00 crores comprising an offer for sale of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs.181.00 crores by Kollareddy Rama Raghava Reddy ("Promoter Selling Shareholder") and an offer for sale of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs.20.00 crores by Guntaka Ravindra Reddy (the "Promoter Group Selling Shareholder"), and together with the promoter selling shareholder, Referred to as the "selling shareholders", and each individually, as a "selling shareholder" and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders, the "offer for sale".
