Initial public offering of up to 105,463,892 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited ("Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. The offer comprises of an offer for sale of up to 105,463,892 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs.
