Initial public offering of up to 37,71,600 equity shares of Rs.10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Bio Medica Laboratories Limited ("Bio Medica" or "BMLL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("the Issue") comprising a fresh issue of up to 33,94,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 1,88,400 equity shares by Mukesh Mehta and up to 1,88,400 equity shares by Pradeep Mehta ("the Promoter" or "the Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs.
