Initial public offer of upto 23,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Taurian MPS Limited (the "Company" or the "Offerer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. [*] crores ("the Offer"). The issue includes a reservation of upto 2,99,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of upto 21,88,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. [*] crores (the "Net Offer"). The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company. Price band: Rs. 162 to Rs. 171 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price and the cap price are 16.2 times and 17.1 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Bids can be made for a minimum of 800 and in multiples of 800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter.
