The company, in consultation with the book running lead managers, undertook a private placement of 2,871,794 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 195 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 ( including a Premium of Rs. 194 per equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each ) aggregating to Rs. 56.00 Crores. The sizeof the fresh issue has been adjusted to Rs. 3,771.78 Crores. Our company had intimated the subscribers to the Pre-Ipo placement that our company is contemplating the offer and that there is no guarantee that our company may proceed with the offer, or that the offer may be successful and will result into listing of the equity shares on the stock exchanges, and the investment is being done solely at their own risk. Price Band: Rs. 185/- to Rs. 195/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each. The floor price is 185 times times the face value and cap price is 195 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 76 equity shares and in multiples of 76 equity shares thereafter.
