Initial public offer of up to 29,86,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Flywings Simulator Training Centre Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at a offer price of Rs. [*] per equity share for cash aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores comprising of fresh offer of up to 25,12,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs.
