Initial Public Offiring of 22,053,225 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (The "Equity Shres") of Precision Camshafts Ltd ("Precision Camshafts" or the Company or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 186 per Equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 176 per equity share) (The "offer price") aggregating up to Rs. 410.19 Crores (The "offer"). The offer comprises a fresh issue of 12,903,225 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 240 Crores by the company (The "Fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 9,150,000 Equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 170.19 Crores by the selling shareholders. (The "offer for sale"). The offer constitute 23.28% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The Face value the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the offer price is Rs. 186 per equity share, which is 18.6 times the face value of the equity share.
