Public issue of 95,80,000 equity shares of the face value Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.90/- for cash at a premium aggregating Rs.86.22 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "issue"), including employee reservation of 4,79,000 equity shares of the face value Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.90/- for cash aggregating Rs.4.31 Crores and net issue to the public of 91,01,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.90/- for cash aggregating Rs.81.91 Crores (here in after referred to as the "net issue to the public") and the issue would constitute 26.62% of the post issue paid-up capital of our company.
