Public issue of 32,50,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.190/- per equity share(Including a Premium of Rs.180/- per Equity Share) aggregating Rs.61.75 Crores (hereinafter referred to as "the issue") by Niraj Cement Structurals Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NCSL" or the "company" or the "issuer"). The issue comprises a reservation for eligible employees of 3,25,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, for cash at a issue price of Rs.190/- per Equity Share (Including a Premium of Rs.180/- per equity share) and net issue to the public of 29,25,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each (hereinafter referred to as the "net issue").
