Public issue of 3,500,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.207/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.72.45 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "issue"), including employee reservation of 100,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.207/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.2.07 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the "employee reservation portion").
