Public issue of 65,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.110/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.100/- per equity share, aggregating Rs.71.50 Crores (the "issue") by J.Kumar Infraprojects Limited ("our company" or the "issuer").The issue comprises a net issue to public of 63,00,000 equity shares of Rs.110/- each (the "net issue") and a reservation of upto 2,00,000 shares of Rs.110/- each for eligible employees of our company (the "employee reservation portion").
