Public issue of 1,37,33,033 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Avon Weighing Systms Ltd (The "Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at par (i.e at a price of Rs.10/- per Share) comprising of Promoters Contribution of 38,96,633 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10/- for cash aggregating to Rs.3.89 Crores (herein after referred to as the "Promoters Contribution").
