Initial public offering of 72,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 196 per share for cash (including Share Premium of Rs. 186 per share) aggregating to Rs. 142.30 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the issue) Additionally there is a Green Shoe Option of upto 10,89,000 equity shares to be offered for cash at a price of Rs. 196 each aggregating Rs. 21.34 Crores.
