Public issue of 45,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Nu Tek India Limited ("Nu Tek" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.192/- per equity share, consisting of a fresh issue of 35,00,000 equity shares by the company and an offer for sale of 10,00,000 equity shares by Yamini Suppliers Private Limited (the "selling shareholder") aggregating to Rs.86.40 Crores (the issue"). The issue comprises of net issue to the public of 44,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each (the "net issue") and a reservation of upto 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for the eligible employees on a competitive basis (the "employee reservation portion"). The issue will constitute 26.07% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. The net issue will constitute 25.49% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue Price is Rs.192/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each The issue price is 19.2 times of the face value
