Initial public offer of 42,12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Deccan Health Care Limited ("company" or "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 100 per equity share (the "offer price") (including a share premium of Rs. 90 per equity share) aggregating Rs 42.12 Crores "offer") comprising a fresh issue of 22,12,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 22.12 Crores by the company' ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 14,00,000 equity shares by Hitesh Patel (referred to as the "promotor selling shareholder") and 6,00,000 equity shares by Meenakshi Gitta (reffered to as the "selling shareholder") (collectsely known as "selling shareholders") aggregating 20,00,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder ("offer for sale") and together with the fresh issue ("the offer"). The offer comprises of 2,11,200 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 100 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 2.11 Crores which well be reseraed for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "market maker reservation portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of 40,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 100 per equity share, Aggregating Rs. 40.01 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net offer". The offer and the net offer well constitite 26.81% and 25.46% respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of Equity shares is Rs.10 each. The offer price is Rs.100 per equity share.
