This offer includes a reservation of 20,181 equity shares (constituting 0.07% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital) Aggregating to Rs. 2 Crores for purchase by Eligible Employees (The "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer"). The offer and the net offer would consititute at least 17.39% and 17.32%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. A Discount of Rs. 110 per equity was offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion. Offer Price : Rs. 1101 per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 4 each.
