Initial public offer consisting of fresh issue of 53,16,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 63 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 53 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 33.49 Crores (the "issue"), of which 2,72,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 63/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 1.71 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion") and 76,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at price of Rs. 63 per equity share aggregating Rs. 0.48/ Crores will be reserved for subscription by eligible employees (the "employees reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion and employees reservation portion i.e. Issue of 49,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 63/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 31.30 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.02% and 28.06% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
