Initial public offer of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited ("Bank" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. [*] crores (the "offer") comprising of a fresh issue of up to [*] equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 280.00 crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of up to 72,000,000 equity shares by Equitas Holdings Limited (the "promoter selling shareholder, and such equity shares the "offered shares") aggregating up to Rs.
