Public offer of 80,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Silverpoint Infratech Limited (The "Company") through an offer for sale of 40,00,000 equity shares by Saffron Vinimay Private Limited and 40,00,000 equity shares by Shivmangal Commercial Private Limited ("Selling Shareholders") for cash at a price of Rs. 15 per equity share (The "Offer Price), aggregating Rs. 12.00 crores ("The Offer"). The offer comprises a reservation of 4,16,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for subscription by The Market Maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less Market Maker reservattion portion i.e. Offer of 75,84,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 15 per Equity share aggregating Rs. 11.38 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Offer".
