Public issue of 21,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs. 2.16 crores (the "issue") by the company, of which 4,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each would be reserved for subscription by the promoters ("promoters' contribution") and 1,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the promoters' contribution and the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 16,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue".
