Public issue of 38,46,400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs. 78 per equity share (The "Issue Price") (including a share premium of Rs. 68 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 30.00 crores (The "Issue") by the company, of which 24,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by the promoter (The "Promoter's contribution"). and 1,93,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the promoter's contribution and the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 36,28,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the Net issue will constitute 26.66% and 25.15%, respectively of the post issue paid up capital of the company. Issue Price : Rs. 78 per equity share. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each. The issue price is 7.8 time the face value.
