Public Issue of 18,50,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 Each ("Equity Shares") of O. P. Chains Ltd ("O. P. Chains" or "the Company" Or "The Issuer")for cash at a price of Rs. 11.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 1 per Equity share) ("Issue Price") Aggregating to Rs. 2.04 crores of which 100000 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 11.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.11 crores will be reserved for subcription by market maker ("Market maker reservation portion") The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 17,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at an issue price of Rs. 11.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.93 crores (Hereinafter Referred to As "net issue").
