Initial public issue of 34,04,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10- each fully paid for cash at a price ofRs. 188 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 178 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 64** Crores (the "issue"). of which 1,71,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 for cash at a price of Rs. 188/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 3.21 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 32,33,400 equity shares offace value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.188/- per equity' share, aggregating Rs. 60.79 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.59% and 29.06 Respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity' share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 each. The issue price is Rs.188 and is 18.8 times the face value of the equity shares.
