Public issue of 6,83,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Global Education Limited ("GEL" or The "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 150 per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 10.25 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 35,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 6,48,000 equity shares of Rs. 150 each is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue" aggregating up to Rs. 9.72 crores (The "Issue").
