Further public offering of up to 6,61,53,846* equity shares of face value of Re. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of Ruchi Soya Industries Limited ("The Company" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 650.00 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 648.00 per equity share) (the "Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 4300.00 crores (the "Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of up to 10,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 0.65 crores, for subscription by eligible employees (as defined hereinafter) (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue", aggregating up to 6,61,43,846 equity shares. The issue and the net issue shall constitute 18.27 % and 18.27 % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively. *Subject to the finalisation of the basis of allotment The issue price is 325 times the face value of the equity shares.
