Initial public offer consisiting of fresh issue of upto 21,00,000 equity shares of face value of 10/- each fully paid ("equity shares") of Mahickra Chemicals Limited ("The Compay" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. [*] per equity share) (the "issue price") aggregating up to Rs.
