Public issue of fresh issue of 48,69,600* equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up for cash at a price of Rs. 160 /- per equity Share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs. 150 per equity shares) aggregating to Rs. 77.91 Crores ("the issue"), of which 2,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 160 per equity share aggregating Rs. 3.90 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
