PUBLIC ISSUE OF UPTO 11,14,000 EQUITY SHARES OF FACE VALUE OF Rs. 10.00 EACH ("EQUITY SHARES") OF SECMARK CONSULTANCY LIMITED (THE "COMPANY" OR THE "ISSUER") FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs3 135.00 PER EQUITY SHARE INCLUDING A SHARE PREMIUM OF Rs. 125.00 PER QUITY SHARE (THE "ISSUE PRICE") AGGREGATING TO Rs. 15.04 CRORES ("THE ISSUE") OF WHICH 56,000 EQUITY SHARES OF FACE VALUE OF Rs. 10.00 EACH FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs. 135.00 PER EQUITY SHARE INCLUDING A SHARE PREMIUM OF Rs. 125.00 PER EQUITY SHARE AGGREGATING TO Rs. 0.76 CRORES WILL BE RESERVED FOR SUBSCRIPTION BY MARKET MAKER TO THE ISSUE (THE "MARKET MAKER RESERVATION PORTION").
