Initial public issue of 2,70,400 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Adjia Technologies Ltd ("The Issuer" Or "The Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 74/- per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 64/- per equity share) (The "Issue price") aggregating Rs. 2 Crores (The "Issue") of which 14,400 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 74/- per equity share, Aggregating Rs. 0.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker (The "Market Maker Reservaton portion"). The Issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 2,56,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 74/- per equity shae aggregating to Rs. 1.89 Crores (Is hereinafter Referred to as the "Net Issue"). The Issue and the net issue will constitute 30.71% and 29.08%, Rspectively of the post issue paid up Equity share capital of the company. The Face Value of the Equity Share is Rs. 10/- each and The issue price is Rs. 74/-. The Issue Price is 7.4 times of the face value.
