Public Issue of 1,00,200 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Niks Technology Ltd (The "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.201.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 191.00 per equity share (The "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 2.01 Crores ("The Issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 33,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.67 Crores (The "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 67,000 equity shares by the Promoter Selling Shareholder ("Offer for sale") aggregating to Rs. 1.35 Crores of which 5,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 201.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 191.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.11 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the Market Maker Reservation Portion i.e. Net Issue of 94,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at a price of Rs.201.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 191.00 per equity share aggregating to 1.91 Crores (The "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.59% and 26.10% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The Face Value of the equity share is Rs. 10.00 each and The Issue Price is Rs. 201.00 each. The Issue Price is 20.1 times.
