Initial public offer of 40,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Safa Systems & Technologies Limited (The "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share at par (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 4.00 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 0.20 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 38,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 3.80 crores is here inafter referred to as "The Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.53% and 25.20% respectively of the post issue paidup equity share capital of the company.
