Public issue of upto 4,80,000* equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited("DTML" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 51 per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 2.45 croress ("The Issue"), of which 24,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 4,56,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 31.58% and 30.00%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is Rs. 51, i.e. 5.1 times of the face value. Bid can be made for minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter.
