Initial public offer of 21,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Ameya Precision Engineers Limited ("Ameya" or the "The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 34/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 24/- per equity share) ("The Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 7.14 crores (the "Offer") comprising of fresh issue of 15,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 5.10 crores and an offer for sale of 6,00,000 equity shares by Urmila Shirish Pande (selling shareholder) aggregating to Rs. 2.04 crores this includes 1,08,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.37 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 19,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an offer price of Rs. 34/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 6.77 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 28.00% and 26.56% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the offer price is 3.4 times of the face value.
