Initial public issue of upto 930,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each ("Equity Shares") of Kesar India Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 170 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), (including a premuim of Rs. 160 per equity share), aggregating Rs. 15.82 crores ("The Issue"), of which 47,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- for cash at a price of Rs. 170 each aggregating Rs .0.80 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 883,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at a price of Rs. 170 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 15.01 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.35 % and 25.02 % respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the issue price is Rs. 170.00/- per equity share. The Issue price is 17 times of the face value of the equity shares.
