Initial public offering of 2,04,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 83 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 73 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 169.65 crores. The offer comprises of fresh issue of 1,47,50,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 122.43 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 56,90,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder aggregating Rs. 47.23 crores ("Offer for Sale") (the "Offer for Sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer").
