Initial public issue of 64,41,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Wise Travel India Limited ("WTI" or "The Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 147 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 137 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 94.68 crores, of which 4,38,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 147 aggregating to R. 6.44 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion") and net issue to public of 59,54,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 147 aggregating to Rs. 87.52 crores (hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue") the issue and the net issue will constitute 27.050 % and 25.004% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. This issue includes a reservation of up to 49,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.72 crores (constituting 0.206% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion").
