Initial public offering of up to 92,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Pyramid Technoplast Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 166 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 156 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 153.05 crores. The offer comprises fresh issue of up to 55,00,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 91.30 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 37,20,000 equity shares by the company selling shareholder aggregating up to Rs. 61.75 crores (the "Selling Shareholder") (the "Offer for Sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer"). The offer will constitute 25.06% of the compant post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. Offer Price: Rs.166 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each.
