Initial public offering of 17,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of DAPS Advertising Limited ("DAPS" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 30/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 20/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 5.10 croress ("The Issue") of which 92,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.28 croress will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 16,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 30/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 4.82 croress ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 32.85% and 31.07% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
