Initial public issue of up to 40,86,400* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 72 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 62 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 29.42 crores ("Issue").
