Initial public offer of upto 44,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Shanti Spintex Limited ("The Company" or "SSL" or "The Offerr") at an offer price of Rs. 70/- per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 31.25 crores ("Public Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 26,88,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 18.82 crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of upto 17,76,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs. 12.43 crores comprising; up to 10,84,000 equity shares aggregating upto Rs. 7.59 crores by Vineeta V. Chiripal and upto 6,92,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 4.84 crores by Chiripal Exim llp (collectively refferd as "Selling Shareholders") out of which 2,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an offer price of Rs. 70/- per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 1.57 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 42,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an offer price of Rs. 70/- per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 29.68 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 26.43% and 25.11% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. *Subject to finalization of basis of allotment The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. the issue price is 7.00 times with the face value of the equity shares. The anchor investor issue price is Rs. 70 per equity share.
