Initial public issue* of 22,68,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Deem Roll-Tech Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 129 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 119 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 29.26 crores (the "Issue"). 1,14,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.47 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 21,54,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 129 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 27.79 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.20 % and 25.84% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The company has, in consultation with the lead manager, has undertaken a pre-ipo placement of 2,32,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 129/- per equity (including a premium of Rs. 119 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 2.99 crores (pre-ipo placement). The size of the fresh issue is up to Rs. 32.25 crores was reduced by Rs. 2.99 crores pursuant to the pre-ipo placement and the revised size of the fresh issue is Rs. 29.26 crores. *Subject to finalisation of basis of allotment
