Initial public offering of up to 2,56,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of PKH Ventures Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. The offer comprises fresh issue of up to 1,82,58,400 equity shares aggregating up to Rs.
