Initial public issue of up to 22,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Diensten Tech Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 100/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 90/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 22.08/- crores of which up to 1,10,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 90/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.10 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 20,97,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 100/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 20.98 is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.73% and 25.39% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is Rs. 100. The issue price is 10 times of the face value of the equity shares.
