Initial public offer of upto 42,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/-each (the "Equity Shares") of Vasa Denticity Limited ("The Company" or "STL" or "The Offerr") at an offer price of Rs. 128 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 54.07 crores ("Public Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of upto 31,74,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 40.63 crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of upto 10,50,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs. 13.44 crores comprising; up to 5,98,500 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 7.66 crores by Vikas Agarwal, up to 3,99,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 5.11 crores by Sandeep Aggarwal, up to 31,500 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 0.40 crores by Manish Kumar and up to 21,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 0.27 crores by Nakul Varshney (collectively refferd as "Selling Shareholders") out of which 2,16,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an offer price of Rs. 128 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 2.76 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 40,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an offer price of Rs. 128 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 51.30 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 26.37% and 25.02% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equityshares is Rs. 10 and offer price is Rs. 128 the offer price is 12.80 times of the face value of the equity share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
