Initial public offer of up to 18,16,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Maitreya Medicare Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of Rs. 82 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 72 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 14.89 crores (the "Issue") of which 1,08,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.89 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 17,07,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 82 per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 14.00 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The "Public Issue" and the "Net Issue" will constitute 26.80% and 25.19% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs. 82 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each. Anchor Investor Price is Rs. 82 per equity share. Ths issue price is 8.2 times of the face value. Bids can be made for a minimum of 1600 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares.
