Initial public offering of up to (*) equity shares of face value of Re.1 each ("equity shares") of Gemini Edibles & Fats India Limited (the "company" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. (*) per equity share (including a premium of Rs. (*) per equity share) aggregating up to Rs.2500 Crores through an offer for sale (the "offer" or "offer for sale") by the selling shareholders, comprising of up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs.25 Crores by Pradeep Kumar Chowdhry, up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs.225 Crores by Alka Chowdhry, up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs.750 Crores by Golden Agri International Enterprises Pte. Ltd., up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs.1250 Crores by Black River Food 2 Pte. Ltd. And up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs.250 Crores by Investment and Commercial Enterprise Pte. Ltd. (collectively referred to as the "selling shareholders" and each, individually, as a "selling shareholder"). The offer shall constitute (*)% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Re.1 each and the offer price is (*) times the face value of equity shares. The Price Band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the Company.
